Has anyone else had problems renting a car with Transavia's online car rental service CarTrawler? We reserved a 7-passenger vehicle, prepaid with them for pickup in Naples December 26 but when we arrived at the vendor, they had set aside a 5-passenger vehicle only. CarTrawler acknowledged the error at the time and instructed us to rent a second vehicle, and that they would reimburse us the additional cost. It is now almost two months later and no reimbursement yet! They won't even respond to my queries any more!
