I just had to recommend this to anyone thinking of doing a cooking tour of Italy. A week long adventure with Dino, a world renown chef and renaissance man, who has won cooking competitions in Europe and has a line of food items in Dean and DeLuca gourmet foods in USA. We created several wonderful meals ourselves, under his instruction at the Palazzo Tour D'Eau in Carunchio, Italy. In addition, we explored amazing towns, went truffle hunting (and FOUND some!), drank LOT of wine from our host's personal vineyard, ate an amazing meal in a restaurant built over the water on the Adriatic, and made several new friends from all over the world. This was the highlight of an incredible month in Italy. The tour will pick up at the Rome airport and bring you back there at the end of the week.
