Location of Vodafone or TIM Store in Rome?

My daughter will be going to Rome soon. She plans to buy an unlocked cell phone before leaving home & picking up an Italian SIM card in Rome. She knows she can buy SIM cards from newsstands, etc., but prefers to get one at a phone store so she can get assistance in English. She be staying in an apartment near via dei Banchi Nuovi 1 & wants the location of the nearest Vodafone or TIM store. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

If she is going through Termini train station then they both have shops there.

Shops are everywhere, it won't be a problem. Do note that it's a bit more complex in Italy than most countries. Unless it's changed recently, you need to do the transaction on a weekday. I got caught in that problem a couple years ago on a weekend.

Good luck.

TumbleweedandCactus, Thanks. She'll be arriving on a Sunday so sounds like she may have a problem. What did you do in that situation? Were you able to eventually get a SIM card during the weekend or did you have to wait for a weekday? Thanks again.

TABarrett, Thank you. She'll be arriving by air. I've read that there's a Vodafone shop in the terminal but that it's located in the departure area so she would have to go through security after picking up her luggage. That sounds like it would be too much of a hassle.
