**We love to travel in slow pace**

There is nothing slow paced about this itinerary. You have 10 different locations listed for a 15 day trip. That's way too much. You haven't taken travel time into account. You'll lose about half a day when you change locations within a country and more when you change countries.

I suggest cutting out at least half of what you have listed and enjoy the other half.

Time to take a breath and create a more manageable and enjoyable trip. As mentioned, you are trying to see way too many destinations in your timeline and you are also not taking into consideration travel time in between each destination. 1 night somewhere, for example, does not equal 1 day in a location; it is 1/2 day and that's because you have to get there from your previous destination. It is always more time than the posted train schedule -- a good idea is to plan 1/2 day for every travel day and more when you change countries.

In Italy, you have 4 hotel changes in 9 nights....does that sound like "a slow pace"?

What type of experience would you like to have?....at the moment, you're just cramming in site after site after site after site .... i suggest that you go to a few major sites in morning hours and then include unstructured wandering time in neighborhoods in the afternoon....Rome, Florence and Venice are significant destinations. They take time to visit and they are certainly made up of more than the "must sees" you are thinking of. When in Venice, do get off the trodden tourist paths of San Marco and the Rialto...if given half the chance, Venice can be magical but you will need to allow those types of experiences to happen...and they usually will not happen in the most touristic areas that are jammed with massive crowds.

Speaking of....you don't have enough time in Florence - I'm sorry but why would you spend time in a mall when visiting Florence?... and your time for Venice is woefully inadequate. You barely have one day for Venice and yet have planned a trip to Burano.

Then you have 4 hotel changes in 7 nights for Switzerland. That is just waaaaay too much....You can't "see it all" ....and this plan will have you packing and unpacking, changing hotels and standing in train stations ALL the time.

You have good advices from both Italy and Switzerland forum. Just want to add the following:

1) Days and operating hours are shorter in November. Plans for days 2, 3 and 4 look like a touch and go plan, esp when there is free entry to many museums in Rome on first Sunday of the month.

2) Re your question about which train from Milan to Switzerland, suggest you type "tax refund Italy" in Switzerland forum to find out how to get your tax refunds for your Florence mall purchases if you have purchases which qualify for tax refunds, then plan your route accordingly.

3) Are you aware that your chances of experiencing acqua alta (flooding) in Venice are higher in November?

4) Do Bern enroute from Zermatt to Grindelwald if you really want to go Bern. There are so many things to do in Lucerne.

5) Suggest you don't change hotel from Lucerne to Zurich for day 16. Day 17 check out of hotel, go Zurich HB, put your things in the locker in the train station, tour the city, collect your bags from Zurich HB then go airport if you really want to see Zurich.
