Not really a question but a warning.
We had a wonderful day in this beautiful old town.
Unfortunately we had one bad experience opposite the main tourist office near the aqueduct.
There was a gipsy woman selling embroidered shawls etc. She asked for €20 for the one we selected. When we came to pay the price went up to €25. Then she said "I'll go and get you a bag for it" She went over to her stall and came back with a bag. It was only back in Madrid we realised she had substituted the shawl for an old piece of cloth. So beware traveller.
