Palm Sunday in Toledo

Will be on a 9 day Spain vacation during Holy Week. Thinking of taking the train from Madrid to Toledo on Palm Sunday (morning) and spending the afternoon/evening seeing the sights and then back to Madrid on Monday. Will there be restaurants and attractions open? I'm thinking that shops will be closed, right? What about bars in the evening? Not that we want to "party" but it would be nice to have a drink or two late that evening. Not sure if there is any nightlife on a Sunday.

Thanks,

There will be restaurants and bars open that day. However most shops will be closed.
