Hi Melon7, I have just joined this forum today but, I and my family have been to Puerto several times and my mum lives there 9 months of the year.

I went in December last year with a 14 and 16 year old, our evenings consisted of going out for our evening meal, different resturants each night then a visit to different bars.

We went in Molly Malones near the harbour, had a bit of a sing song in there, Noelia's, up past the bus station, thats just for fun really, me and him enjoy trying to dance like the locals who frequent the place at night while the kids get more and more embarressed watching us, then there are lots of other places that have entertainment on, we looked around for quiz nights as the kids joined in, just sitting in the square people watching is fun, whatever you do if the kids get fed up theres always the shops, leave them to wander while you sit and watch the world go by, they will be quite safe.
