my mom would like to see Madrid, Seville and Granada not sure if it is possible any ideas would be great. I have been to all of them with Granada being my favorite so I was thinking no Madrid. we do fly in and out of Madrid.

1. Re: itinerary

3 nights in Seville and 2 in Granada. Still you need to add a couple days to make it less stressful.

Also you have to get off the train at Santa Ana and change to a bus for Granada , due to on going rail works .

Cordoba and Ronda would be a better day trip from Seville

Depends what time of year you plan becasue as you may know it can get mighty hot in Seville etc in July and August. The train line into Granada is not yet laid for the fast trains so that does mean an approx 1 hour bus transfer system used by RENFE Spanish Rail from Antequera Santa Ana station. If you check the ALSA bus line you will see Premium or Supra buses that offer better comfort and on board rest room. https://www.alsa.es/en Even from Madrid to Granada I prefer this bus nowadays until the train gets through next year. A bus to Sevlle is also good and taxis are all over the place.

For trains:

You need 3 days minimum in Seville and 2 in Granada.
