You will certainly have a choice within a ten minute walk. Turn right when you hit the paseo and have fun exploring to find the one that is just right for you

As you come out of the back gate of the hotel overlooking the beach, turn right, there are a few bars along the road, about 10 mins walk. Across the road on the beach there are beach restaurants/bars but the bus stop is outside the hotel next door (Hotel Puente Real) and it's only a couple of euros (if that) for the 10 min journey into the town. Plenty bars etc around San Miguel square and up sidestreets.

If you like the tapas culture there are three good tapas bars side by side on paseo Del Colorado, Hispania, Meson Carlos and la Bodeguita del sur, on the front towards the airport, cafe Del Sol, Lombok Beach Bar and Moliere Playa worth a visit.

we always finish up in Los alamos late at night if we can if we want a lively night, has the best night life in Torremolinos, your spoilt for choice.

For me three areas in Torremolinos, Los Alamos, Calvario(around the town hall) and the carihuela, lunchtime and night times these places wont let you down for food and drink.

Were back mid March, you wont lack for watering holes.

Im staying at this hotel also for a few days in March. does anyone know how far it is to the hotel from the nearest train stop that links the airport. I understand its only a couple of Euros and runs regularly.

About 10/15 minutes walk to either la Colina or Los alamos, cost 1.75 each or a bonotren for 10 trips 11.90 euros, train every 20 minutes, station outside T3 exit.

No kettles but you can probably hire one from reception or take a travel kettle with you.
