I'm going to Malaga for a few days next week and will take a day trip by train to either Ronda or El Chorro. There's an abundance of info on Ronda, so I just have one question on it - are there any views of El Chorro gorge and/or lakes from the train?
The other option is to leave Ronda for another time and just take the train to El Chorro. Are there walks with views within an easy distance of the train station that only require a comfy pair of shoes rather than safety helmets (have no intention of attempting the Camino del Rey)? And as for the village/area itself, is there a nice tapas bar or similar to relax in after a couple of hours exploring the area? Any other tips on what to do there for a day without a car would be great.
Any recommendations appreciated... feeling a bit spoilt for choice :-)
