Places for afternoon tea in Dresden

When I arrive after an overnight flight from the US, I want to eat a light meal on the first night. I have found that afternoon tea works well for me. I know it's not the custom in Germany as it is in Britain, but I wonder if anyone can recommend something similar in Dresden.

I con't drink coffe or beer.

Thanks!

Cafe Lloyds in the Neustadt district.

Highly recommended!

I checked for reviews on TripAdvisor and found only one, a negative one in French. Sounds like people who do like it need to add positive comments. I will try it because it sounds like exactly what I want.

Both places are on the same square, about 20 m distance from each other ... :-)

Btw, found 22 reviews on qype in German - almost all of them raves, the less positive ones complained about the food for dinner or the service (older comments). I wrote one very positive review on Virtualtourist.com btw.
