Sure, start by visiting db.de

Do a search for FRA (which will be recognized by the system as Frankfurt airport) and Michelstadt for the day and time you want to go.

The system will ask you which destination you want in Michelstadt and your best bet is simply to chose "Bahnhof" (train station)

You will be given a selection of connections - most will take about 1 1/2 hours.

Once you arrive in Michelstadt, you should be able to walk to the Jewish cemetery.

Here's a map of Michelstadt:

staedte-verlag.de/utcms/de-karten-karte.html…

The Jewish cemetery is located in the upper right corner of that purple outline of the inner city (Innenstadt), along the road "Am Stadion." It's a pretty straight shot from the train station and shouldn't be much of a problem.

I have no idea what a cab would cost you...but it will likely be substantially more than the train.

DB timetable

http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

From: FRA

To: Michelstadt

The cemetery is approx. 1,5 km from Michelstadt station. Walkable, but you can also take a taxi there.

Best deal is the Hessen-Ticket for this trip. EUR 27,00 for 2-5 persons traveling together. Validity

Mo-Fr from 9am till 3am next day

Sa,So from midnight till 3am next day

Covers all local public transport (regional trains, buses, ...). Often the fastest connection will include the express bus AIR from Frankfurt airport to Darmstadt Hbf (main railway station). This bus requires a surcharge of EUR 2,00 per persons.

Taxi for the complete trip will be over EUR 200 return.

Michelstadt, what else?

>are there taxis outside the trin station or willl i need to call one?

Usually there are taxis waiting at train stations. No guarantee of course. If the taxi stand is empty there will be probably a number posted that you would need to call, or a "taxiphone" which connects you directly with the taxi company.

>Aand how long will it take to get from the airport to the cemenary in total?

Have you actually used the link abalada posted?

Just keep the default, i.e. the first entry of the drop-down list. In this case just "Michelstadt".

Works actually in 99% of all cases best this way.

The other listed stops are mostly bus stops. Michelstadt has just one train station.

Bahnhof (Bf) = railway station

Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) = main railway station
