Bus from Bremen to Hamburg

Hi, I'm travelling with Ryanair to Bremen then going on to Hamburg (1st Oct), there is a bus connection to Hamburg with Ryanair but the times don't coinside with the arrival of the plane, either too early or wait for 2 hours. Website I use is http://www.bus2fly.de/en/. Anyone else found this to be the case? Any help appreciated.

Cheers, Stef

Hi

The Edinburgh flight is not the only Ryanair flight arriving in Bremen on a Wednesday afternoon. I would imagine there is not enough passengers to fill a bus to Hamburg at each arrival, so some arrivals have more convinient connections than other.

You could travel by public transport on the Lower Saxony Ticket from Bremen to Hamburg.

Lower Saxony Ticket Single (1 person) EUR 19,00

Covers the trams from the airport to Bremen Hbf and the regional trains to Hamburg. Travel time approx. 1,5 hrs.
