Industrial Archaeology of Berlin

I've searched and searched and couldn't find a guide to industrial archaeology in Berlin. Any suggestions where to go?

Berlin isn't strong on industrial archaeology, hence limited information. There are a few things to see like the water tower in Prenzlauerburg and Wilmersdorf Power station but they're not really visitor attractions. Most of the type of things I think you wish to see will be in the surrounding Brandenburg region and easily accessible by Regional Express trains (the Brandenburg (day )Ticket is 23 euros for up to 5 people) For example Mildenburg brickworks, Niederfinow Ship lift. Go to www.brandenburg-tourism.com (there is an English translation) then use the map to identify places of interest

have you tried the Science Museum, its fantasic and huge, with a cheapish ticket, so its a good value day out.

see if you can find the old ack-ack towers from WWII as well. 3 concrete structures so huge that when they were demolished they formed new hills. one was only half demolished, as it sat above a vital rail line, and is still visible.

good luck and have a great time!
