3 days..what to do? Organic Food Show for work

I am traveling to Nuremberg February 15th for 3 days. I have to walk the huge Organic Food Show Biofac but want some unigue suggestions for what to do as a diversion.

I also would love a restaurant suggestion or two. I am interested in Natural and Organic Specialty food as well as contemporary art, particularly printmaking. I will follow another posters suggestions regarding the Steinbachs at Wolferts as I have Steinbach smokers.

What shouldI NOT miss?

We liked the museum of modern art...the little village replica which is very close to the museum...the oldest sausage restaurant in Germany...just strolling thru the city...great outdoor art pieces. I am not so sure about natural or organic food...sorry the sausage restaurant won't qualify but you should not miss the building itself...the lowest ceilings I have ever seen.

have you checked out this site?

You will find a english translation on this site. In my opinion the Dokumentationszentrum is very impressive.

On of my favourite restaurants is Culina, an italian restaurant close to the city center and St. Michel Prison (in the old city center), a french restaurant, very romantic.
