I also enjoyed the Florentines and Stollen from Kreutzkamm. I hoped to try the Prinzregententorte, but it was sold out the day I visited. I'll definitely return to try more next time I'm in Munich.
I just ended up browsing at Dallmayr, but I did try their coffee at my hotel's breakfast room.Edited: 9:11 pm, October 18, 2014
I had Baumkuchen at Kreutzkamm a few months ago. Quality wasn't as I remembered. Kreutzkamm is not my favorite. Found cakes like Prinzregenten Torte or cheese cake at Kreutzkamm too sweet.
Next time you visit, try Cafe Luitpold, Brienner Strasse.
I love the cakes and coffee in the cafe. From the shop I always stock up on tea, coffee, chocolate covered mixed nuts. The shop/delicatessen is amazing.
