I don't know of a shop, but you can always have a look at them in the Deutsches Museum:

The ultimate place for such machines is the Arithmeum in Bonn

Can't help you where you can buy such machines either. I'm quite sure that there is a collector scene with auctions, dealers, fairs etc.

The German term for old calculating machines if you want to google for it is "mechanische Rechenmaschinen" or "mechanische Rechenhilfsmittel".
