Tourettes-sur-Loop

This looks like a beautiful village, anybody know the bus that goes here from Vence?

Thinking about stopping off here on a daytrip to Vence&St Paul or on Seperate day going to Grasse.

If doing Grasse daytrip, would I be better stopping here on the way or on way back?

Probably a sleepy little village which shuts down early or maybe doesnt open too early either?

You can take a bus from Vence. They are not very frequent and the effort of getting there is not paid off IMO since there are many more interesting and beautiful villages with beter views that are easier to get to by public transport.

The cg06.fr site does not seem to be working for bis timetables currently, possibly because some are changing to summer timetables atm

Haut de Cagnes looks nice n' old and charming, the others look slightly modernized.

I'm sure we (my wife, parents) will have enough villages to visit, if we get around to Vence,St Paul,Eze,Grasse,Cagnes,Villefranche.

In your humble opinion, which is most charming and photographic with at least 1 or 2 good places to eat or drink?

Myself and wife are photographers looking for the classic Provence/Cote d'Azur villages to document daily life, markets, local characters.etc

Mougins, Valbonne, and Biot are others to consider.

St Paul de Vence is not the most touristed village in France without good reason. The trick is to try to avoid the bulk of day trippers for its unique atmosphere. Early evening and particularly towards sunset.

Saorge is another to add - an incredible Tibetan like profile - accessible by train from Nice.
