Citrus garden apartment, Avenue Lympia, The Port, Nice

Has anyone stayed at this apartment, want to check if its in a nice area close enough to walk to the promenade des anglais and the old part of Nice, I found it on yourniceapartments.com thanks

It is about one kilometre from the nearest part of the old town and two or so from the Promenade Des Anglais. Could be noisy if it is near the end of the street that intersects with Bd Carnot, the main coast road but pretty quiet otherwise.

Thanks, is the port area nice to walk around, are there restaurants nearby

Port area great - i't's not big , industrial boats so very pretty (for a city!).

Good restaurants all round but I prefer those on the East side of the Port.

(Also has Ma Nolans - Irish Bar)
