There are not many wine domains in the immediate Riviera area - an article I have from the local Nice Matin newspaper says there are just 10 in the whole Alpes-Maritimes - this compares with the neighbouring department of the Var ( famous for its Cotes de Provence) with around 300. The best known is Bellet - France's smallest AOC - actually within Nice city limits. They have a website covering around 15 individual vineyeards some of which like Bellet or Cremat you can visit. In previous questions on the Forum the experts have drawn attention to small vineyards in the villages ( all within an hour of Nice) of St Paul de Vence, St Jeannet and Tourettes sur Loup. The monks on Ste Honorat , a picturesque island off Cannes produce wine and you can take a half hour boat trip there from Cannes.

Here's a website with an interactive map on estates accepting guests

There are some nearby Cannes, mainly to the west as Ed says. If you like rosé and have time, there are nice ones such as Leoube and Chateau de Bregancon at Bormes les Mimosas. http://www.chateau-de-bregancon.fr/en/ and http://www.chateauleoube.com/

There are wine merchants in Cannes itself which do wine tastings ( degustation) if you are based in Cannes and don't want to venture too far

The monks on Isle St Honorat, the island just off Cannes produce their own liqueur and there are vineyards on the island, lavender in season, an abbey, ruins, nice walks, a small harbour and a restaurant.

St Honorat is a pleasant day or half day trip by ferry from Cannes old port.... even if you decide to visit a more conventional winery as well.
