The cheapest way is to take the 200 bus from stop Aeroport Promenade - cost 1 euro- get off at stop Biot gare- Pylone is just across the street.

I am hesitant to recommend this for a number of reasons. It is really only suitable for someone with hand baggage, it is often crowded, it is hot and slow. You must climb steps up to the Promenade level from Terminal l and flag down the bus approaching at speed.

Dearer at 8.5 euro is the express 250 direct form outside Terminal 1 and 2 every 35 minutes also stopping at Biot gare. Completely luggage friendly, fast and comfortable.

Alternatively you can get the 23 bus to Nice St Sugustin and then catch the next train to Biot.

Chemin St Claude is a very long road that runs all the way from Aveune Jules Grec to Nova Antipolis and the A8 motorway. So it depends very much on your destination on it, the lower reaches being reasonably walkable.

Personally i would ( for reasons above) take the 250 express bus - rather than the 200 bus - from the Airport to the stop Vautrin which is opposite Antibes railway station. Then cross the road there and wait for the No.1 local bus which runs all the way up Chemin St Claude.

For Cannes take the 200 bus from Piscine or Vautrin stops ( they are very close) or take the train from Antibes station - the latter much faster but a little more expensive.

Thank you ed. The hotel we are staying in is close to the toll road so at the northern end.
