Why don't you go on to the Dublin Airport website and check there

dublinairport.com/gns/…overview.aspx

The best options are the options that suit you.

Also check the Ryanair and Aer Lingus schedules.

2014 routes are still being announced. Several routes look likely to be cancelled for summer 2014.

There are few winter flights and it is not an easy route in summer !

Ideally you need to get to Nimes, Montpellier, Marseille or Avignon.

Closest direct flights (summer 2013) were -

Belfast - Nice Easyjet

Belfast - Barcelona Easyjet

Dublin - Barcelona Ryanair

Dublin - Barcelona Aer Lingus

Dublin - Carcassonne Ryanair

Dublin - Girona Ryanair

Dublin - Marseille Aer Lingus

Dublin - Marseille Ryanair

Dublin - Perpignan Aer Lingus

Dublin - Rodez Ryanair

Dublin - Toulouse Aer Lingus

If you decide to change look at some of the Ryanair flights from Liverpool and Manchester.

Transfers - hire a car if landing in France. If you go to Girona or Barcelona, go by train to Nimes or Avignon first.

Uzès is 20 miles or so from Nimes and a little bit further from Avignon. There are buses from both. Uzès has no railway station. Sorry I cannot help with taxi type transfers as I am too mean to pay for them if there's a bus.

Thanks. Marseille sounds like a good option if both Ryanair and Aer Lingus fly there.

Might be worth looking into Marseille to Avignon by train, then bus to Uzes.

There is a lot of info on here about Uzes buses at : www.tripadvisor.com/SearchForums…
