Changing trains in Narbonne

We are arriving in Narbonne and looking to connect to the high speed train to Barcelona. Can anyone tell me if 45 minutes is enough time to make that connection in Narbonne?

Thanks.

Just to say the train is not actually high-speed like a proper TGV, although it does only take about 2 hours. Believe the train is a TGV that runs on normal tracks or the other way round?? ps you will have loads of time to change in Narbonne as it's a relatively small train station. Enjoy your trip!

The train from Narbonne to Barcelona runs on normal tracks as far as Perpignan then it's on high speed tracks at 180mph the rest of the way. That high speed route only opened last December.
