Allow 1hr 40m to reach Montpellier from Marignane by car.

Check out the Montpellier pages for info about the attractions

Hi Bianca,

There is a good zoo near Salon called Zoo de la Barben which I've visited often. www.zoodelabarben.com

The drive would be about a half hour from Marseille.

It is about 125 km from Marseille to Pont du Gard, and you could do the journey in about 90 minutes on autoroutes, or rather longer on ordinary free roads.

I don't know anywhere called Chamonis. Do you mean Chamonix-Mont-Blanc? If so, it is some 450 km from Marseille and the journey by road would take at least 5 hours of driving plus any stops.

You can get driving directions, rather optimistic times, and estimated costs (fuel and tolls) from www.viamichelin.com
