For Tuesday after an all-dayer at Versailles, you might not want to go too far from your hotel. This is very close and very good ---> http://www.au-vieux-comptoir.com/

On your "Sunday" plan, go to the Catacombs first (get there early!), then wander up to Latin Quarter, then over to Arc de Triomphe... then your Eiffel dinner and Seine cruise....

Pjk - that restaurant looks great and after reading the reviews here on TA I'm looking forward to it!

Travelnutty - I have read that the line for the catacombs gets really long so I'll be taking your advice and doing that first thing in the mornng.

I appreciate both of your comments and assistance.

Merci Beaucoup!
