Taxi from CDG to Paris Hotel

We are wondering what a Txi company is recommended to take from the CDG airport to Paris center as we will arrive very early in the morning and we would like to be certain that the Taxi that we will take is reliable in price.

We need to know what Taxi drivers we need to take in order not to deceived at that day.

Thanks

When you exit CDG airport, look for the taxi stand. You must wait in line for a taxi....there are always penty of taxis waiting for people. Look for a TAXI PARISIEN sign on the roof of the taxi. The TAXI PARISIEN company is the most reliable.

Taxi Parisien is not a company--there are several companies. A Taxi Parisien is a licensed taxi. You can tell them from the gypsy cags because a) they have a lighted Taxi Parisien sign on the roof b) they have a medallion on the right front fender (wing) c) they are waiting in the taxi rank outside the airport, not hustling up to meet you inside.

For me, a TAXI PARISIEN is the only way to go and so

I have for the past 5 visits to Paris. They are on the meter

and go door to door. Just get into the Q. Cost is roughly

E40-50 but the best money spent , particularly if you

have just had a 11+ hour flight.

At the taxi stand there is usually an airport employee helping to keep order. There won't be any rogue taxis in the taxi stand line.
