Visited last summer, it is really pretty esp. walking through the woods - try the Hotel du Lac for good company & food (over looing the lake in Huelgoat). From here you can reach both North & South coasts for a day out, however Ploumanac'h (near Perros-Guirec) is absolutely amazing - one of the best places I have ever visited anywhere,

Have fun

The britain coasts from Huelgoat are :

- abt. 45 min from Locquirec, Plestin les Grèves

- Abt. 1 hour from Perros-Guirec

- Abt. 1 hour from Brest coast (Mer d'Iroise...)

- Abt. 1 hour from south Atlantic coast (Bénodet, Fouesnant...)
