I've had a quote from the above company for a taxi ride from Biarritz to St Jean Pied de Port. They want payment up front. Can anyone please vouch for their reliability?

We are an airport transfer company, as opposed to a taxi company so we have to have payment up front as part of the pre-booked service. We also offer a half payment option and then the rest in cash on arrival.
We don't have a testimonials section on our website as there is no way of proving that customers have actually written the testimonial. If you have an account with LinkedIn then I have several professional recommendations: http://lnkd.in/88iVWB
Also, as you can see in my continued involvement in these forums (as well as many others forums) I am actually based in this area. For example, here is a video that I filmed of the route that we would take from Biarritz Airport to Saint Jean Pied de Port: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6l_S0Zz0Z2k
whats the best way to get from Biarritz airport to camping le risseau?
Even thought it is a short distance from the airport to this particular campsite, it is not particularly easy by public transport (especially with luggage and children).
First you need to get Bus Line C from the airport to Biarritz Gare. Change here for Bus Line 12, this bus goes right past the entrance to Camping Le Ruisseau. However, Line 12 is usually only a minibus sized vehicle so if there is a large group of you travelling then you might not all be able to fit on (or the minibus might have several passengers already on board).
Had transfer with this guy yesterday. I paid up front and everything was fine. It's a transfer company not a taxi so I figured I would have to pay up front?
Anyway, excellent communications and he was bang on time.
Really nice guy with heaps of local knowledge and willing to help.
Will deffinatly be using again.

I have used this company twice. I also paid up front. The service received was very professional and reliable. I highly recommend him!
Edited: 11 years agoWe were very pleased with the service offed by Biarritz Airport Transfers. James was waiting for us at the airport arrivals and transferred us to St Jean Pied de Port in his very comfortable vehicle. A quick and efficient service and highly commended.
