We're sorry to hear that you want to avoid us but we need to reassure that we are by far still cheaper than the aviation viewing park for parking also we are by no means a normal

Pub and it has always and always will be a pay and display car park due to its very close proximity to the airport

Also no one would park here all day anyway ?

Best regards

Hello

If you are bringing a vehicle then you have to pay and display

The car park has always been pay and display

We pride ourselves in being cheaper than the viewing park and cheaper than the airport for parking

Yes you have to pay to park

Lots of people used to park up in the pub car park , sit in their cars and wait there whilst picking up friends and rellies when there was no charge to park.

Can't blame the pub for charging to park if people weren't spending in the pub.

But why not have a refund facility?

if you spend x amount in the pub you get a refund on your ticket.

I used to nip in for a bacon butty and a coffee whilst waiting to pick up but that was before you had to pay i think or if I did pay it wasn't much.

Exactly. To charge non-customers I don't have a problem with, but to charge customers outside a city-centre location beggars belief!

We will be staying in our usual favourite Manchester Airport Hotel overnight

prior to our flight the next morning later this year.

We normally stay and eat within the Hotel but are considering going to the

Airport Pub so we can have an evening meal and view the planes comings

and goings from the beer garden.

Can anyone who have visited the pub and done the same give any comments

as to what they made of their expierence please.

Thanks for your help.:-)

This pub was a really good night out on a Saturday night we had some good times when pam had it then she left and it went down and now it's empty and is now being done up for a restaurant and poor mike who's been there for 30 years has lost his job it's not really fair
