Mountain Bike Trails of Union Wood

There are many trails in the woods. if you make your way up to the top of the rock, you will stumble across them. two trails start at the top of the rock. trails include a mixture of jumps, downhilling and many obstacles to overcome. A brilliant way to spend your weekend and get your adrenaline pumping. the woods can be acessed from Collooney, Ballisadare or Ballygawley.

Are they quite long? I remember going there a few years ago, but there were quite short

Is there any long-ish trail (25-35km) that you know about near sligo town?

Thanks

Hi Brian,

The top of the rock - do you mean the top of the rock road between Coolaney and the N59?

Chris.
