Series of Free Lectures on Limerick's Built Heritage

If anyone is in the area, the following series of free lectures on Limerick's Built Heritage may be of interest. Everyone is welcome.

There are 6 lectures taking place in the County Hall, Dooradoyle (on the Crescent Shopping Centre Complex - the strange looking building with the panels on the side). All are on Tuesday nights at 8pm. Admission is free.

The lectures are as follows:

Tuesday 29th January - Limerick's Ring Forts. Dr Matthew Stout

Tuesday 12th February - Medieval Limerick Today: The Built Heritage. Brian Hodkinson

Tuesday 26th February - The Archaeology of Mills and Milling in Co. Limerick from the early medieval period to c1900 Dr Colin Rynne

Tuesday 12th March - University of Limerick: a Technological University on the Banks of the Shannon. Judith Hill

Tuesday 26th March - Limerick 2030. Gerry Hughes.
