Touring

Hi

We will be touring Ireland later this year, and I am beginning to research the trip.

Can anyone tell me about dining at Brod Tullaroan?

Thank You

1. Re: Touring

Brod Tullaroan is a restored thatched house (not cottage, more a farmhouse), which has historic value as home to a famous foregone hurler. There is also a hurling museum there. I understand that they put on storytelling evenings accompanied by a meal. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience of it personally, but I think it would be a very good thing to do. The house has been extremely authentically restored and is a source of pride in the local community.
