Irish Rail tour bus questions

We are looking at a couple of day trips with Iris Rail. Do their tour busses have bathrooms on them? Do they make frequent stops?

I don't recall the buses having bathrooms, but they do stop fairly frequently, at least every hour or two

Irish Rail don't have tour buses. The hint is in the company name.

All Intercity trains and the longer distance commuter trains have bathrooms including at least one which is wheelchair friendly.

But on some of their tours they talk about motor coaches for part of the tour. Yes, I do understand that rail doesn't mean bus!!!

Ah! You're thinking of a private tour operator who use the public rail network and trains as the 'backbone' of their tours. http://www.railtoursireland.com/

I can't say about their coaches, I've only ever come across them on trains. But drop them an email.
