just back from a fantastic weekend in Dublin but feel I should warn other people. We booked to stay in these self catering appartments back in January. They are luxury style self catering and not that cheap so expected good service and nice appartments. We had booked 3 of the 2 bed's for 15 of us. However on arrival on friday night we were greated by a receptionist who spoke little English. They had given one of our rooms away by mistake so we had to take a 1 bed. It took us well over an hour to get the keys sorted and get into our rooms. The 3 rooms were in different streets in Dublin. Our appartment was across from the reception and in such a noisy area. The noise was constant all night. Appartments were clean but the sofa bed was broken, there were not enough sheets or towels or toliet roll so had to ask for more. finally got some pillows at 1am on the Saturday night etc. Luckily we were there to party otherwise it would have been a nightmare!!!!!!
