Train from Glasgow to Oxford

I'm curious if anyone has ever used the rail booking site called directrail.com (https://directrail.raileasy.co.uk)?

I am trying to book rail service from Glasgow to Oxford and it's giving me a far cheaper rate than some of the others: Virgin, East Coast, ScotRail etc.

Does anyone know if they are reputable?

Many thanks!

It shouldn't be giving you a far cheaper rate - it should be charging the same fare as anywhere else. And its fare will be available on the other sites - it's a question of manipulating them the right way (usually something like show slower cheaper routes)

It's reputable enough - complaints about it relate to booking fees and premium rate customer service phone lines. There was a lengthy thread about them on here a month or so back
