It's about 45 miles and should take about an hour by car.

Cost - between £50 and £80 in a taxi? There is also a National Express coach service - about £11.00 each.

Otherwise use the 'skylink' service to get to somewhere like Leicester or Loughbrough and train etc. from there.

Birmingham airport is a lot closer than East Midlands if you can get a flight, and is only about 20 mins away from the Ricoh arena.

The stadium is quite a way from Coventry city centre, so even if you go into Coventry, you will then have to get a taxi to the stadium, which is situated just off the M6 motorway

Hi norrie

If you can fly into B'ham, you can get a train from the airport to Coventry (15 minutes) then a taxi from Cov station to the Ricoh (15 minutes)Train fare will be about £1.50 (one way) & taxi about £10. A taxi from B'ham airport (25 minutes) to Ricoh will cost you about £35 so it would depend how many of you there are as to which would be more cost effective.

National express would do a coach that would get you to pool meadow bus station, you are then able to either get a taxi from there or you could get a bus (information here: travelcoventry.co.uk/news/… )

Just out from the bus station is a Sainsburys, and a lot of buses also stop there if they don't actually stop at pool meadow. You can also get special match day bus passes for £3 which allows travel up to 4 hours before kickoff.
