What's Not on the Bath Tour?

We will be in Bath for a much too short time and need to make the most of it. We are planning to take the Walking Tour provided by the city and are wondering what sights they see. For example, are the Circus, the Abbey, the Royal Crescent and Pulteney Bridge on the tour? We want to know if there's anything we need to see before the tour as we will have to leave soon after it is done. Thanks!

The excellent (and free) walking tours of the Mayor's Guides go to all these places, but not INTO them. So if you want to see the inside of No. 1 Royal Crescent (highly recommended) or the Abbey, you will have to do that afterwards. The same applies to the Roman Baths and Fashion Museum/Assembly Rooms.

The Roman Baths alone will take about 2 hours to appreciate fully. (You meet outside them, but do not go into them as part of the tour.)

Not sure if the walking tour also goes up Great Pulteney Street to Sydney Gardens and the Holburne Museum.

It's worth a stroll up there if you have time if it's not included on the Bath Tour.

Walcot Street too and a pint in the Bell, then back down Paragon to George Street.

Make the most of what you get to see in Bath - it's all wonderful. ;-)
