Back to London

Yes, we are going back to London in April. We are going with sister-in-law and her husband (no girls this time)

We have to do the "typical" sites, they are first-timers but I think we'll be doing things on our own while they spend time at certain museums.

It's going to be a Friday (flight at 6pm) to Monday (flight at 2pm) visit and staying at TL Moorgate (great winter sale!!!!).

I'm thinking of the Saatchi Gallery and Fulham Palace as new sites for us. And St Martin i the Fields (yes, I know we should have visited before...)

Any other ideas?

Is Spitafileds market a good option for Sunday morning?

I'll be back with questions and a draft itinerary to get you opinions.

Thanks

Maybe you can join us for a pub meet Ramon seeing as the little ones will be left behind. I bet they are upset not to be coming with you though!

Two places worth exploring within walking distance of your hotel are the Geffrye Museum and the Dennis Severs House and have you been to Sir John Soane's Museum?

They are really upset, I can tell you; but they have accepted the "treats" we have offered.

We visited the Geffrye last August and really liked the place. Highly recommended; and we have been twice to the Soane's, another great place.

I'll have a look at the Dennis Severs House. And the pub meet sounds good.

Thanks
