Blue Badge Parking at Southampton Cruise Terminal

Going on a cruise shortly out of Southampton Terminal. Does anyone know if there is any safe/secure FREE parking for Blue Badge Holder at or near Southampton Cruise Terminal. Many thanks.

Almost certainly not.

Blue badge parking spaces are intended for short term parking and it would be inconsiderate to use them for long term cruise parking. At the West Quay Shopping centre near the docks even short term parking is not free with a Blue Badge. I have never come across an Airport car park that offered any price discount for Blue badge and I wouldn't expect cruise parking to be different.

You might be tempted to use a Meet and Greet parking service but be aware there have been a lot of negative reports about Eze parking in Southampton and their Ts&Cs disclaim All liability whilst the car is in their possession.

Secure parking at the port is not council run so unlikely for the parking to be free of charge for you.

There are secure car parks, just make sure you read the small print and those with park mark are accredited

You dont need to use your Blue Badge for parking. See the Southampton Tourist Information website, they have a list of Guest Houses and Hotels that provide accommodation for the night before your cruise, private parking and transfer to the Cruise Line. The prices are very reasonable. See visit-southampton.co.uk/site/cruise-passenge…

Hope this helps.
