Hen do accomodation In Brighton

Hey,

We're planning a hen do over summer for about 10 girls. We are ideally looking for a villa/ cottage. We'd like to be able to get into central Brighton for one night (so roughly half an hour away), but otherwise we're happy to be outside of Brighton ideally somewhere pretty and green/ beach. Any suggestions about accommodation options? And what areas you would suggest? We would prefer a cottage/ house of some kind rather than stay in a hotel/ hostel. As we plan to organise activities and things to do in the cottage. So any suggestions for activities for in the cottage are welcome too!

Cheers!

Not sure if "slumming it" in a youth hostel appeals but every hen party I've met who stayed here: http://www.yha.org.uk/hostel/telscombe have all said how much fun it was. Location is very quiet, end of a lane in a tiny hamlet, free parking, & great walks. Downside is it's awkward to get into central Brighton by public transport (you really need a taxi direct or taxi into Lewes/Newhaven then bus/train into Brighton) & mobile phone signal isn't the best but perfect if you switch your phones off from the boys for a day or 2!

If this isn't your thing then search for cottages in Lewes which is a nice small town, plenty enough to keep you occupied for the weekend with good transport links into Brighton city.

Take a look on here, Lewes might be a good option or AirB&B
