Best way from Bristol to Brighton? (Train, plane, car?)

Hi,

I need to get from Bristol to Brighton and am not familiar with that part of the world.

What's my best bet? I'm open to taking flights, renting a car or going by buses/trains - whichever is quickest.

Thanks,

GF

Hi

Well, firstly you can't take a plane but you can take a train. Takes between 3.5 and 4 hours and involves a change at Southampton or Reading.

By car it will take around 3 hours and it's motorway most of the way (some of the busiest motorways in Britain!)

National Express bus will take longer but will probably be the cheapest way.
