Hotel with view for handicapped traveler?

We will be traveling with an elderly relative who must use a walker so needs a handicapped hotel room. Does anyone know of one with a view from a room, patio or balcony? We used to make this trip when she was younger and she loved sitting on the beach. Sadly, that is no longer possible but I'd like to try to allow her to sit and watch from a room locations. Thanks much.

The Lakeshore Lodge in South Lake Tahoe has beautiful views from the rooms all of which have a patio or balcony. Not sure if they have H/C rooms.

In South Lake Tahoe, Harvey's hotel is closest to the lake. They have picture window views of the lake in their Lake Tower.

In Incline Village at the Hyatt Hotel, they have some cottages at the lake, and less expensive rooms a block back by their casino lobby. But their lake front area with lounges and the Lone Eagle Grill have handicapped areas. Their is a porch to the side of LEG by the fire pit she could sit on..
