Dutch side hotel, without the child

My wife and I will finally be making our long planned, child free, trip to St Maarten in July. I have booked an Orient Beach hotel, and a car, but the last item,a Dutch side hotel, needs to be booked. I am looking for a lively location, convenient for some shopping, drinking, dancing, etc. I would like to keep it under 200USD a night. I would prefer a larger property that would allow some of the drinking on sight or nearby, since I plan to do enough of it that I do not want to drive. A smaller hotel in the right location is also acceptable. Finally, I like to smoke cigars so anyplace that prohibits smoking on the property is out of the question. I can readily accept no smoking areas, but I want to be able to have a cigar some where on the property. Thanks.

I have never stayed there but when I was there and drove around it looked like the area near the Bucaneer Beach Bar, Atrium hotel, Flamingo resort and Simpson Bay Hotel (I think this was the old Pelican?)

all were in the same area and you could walk to a lot of different bars, restaurants etc.
