Best stores in Whitehorse?

I have time to do some shopping in Whitehorse this weekend. Which stores would people rate as the best or as having the more unique items? I'm staying on Main St but I have a car, so location doesn't matter.

Thanks in advance!

The Whitehorse General Store, the Midnight Sun Gallery, Murdochs and Paradise Alley on Main, and the North End Gallery on First are the best for unique Yukon items. For books, Mac's Fireweed on Main.

I've been to Mac's, Paradise Alley, the Chocolate Claim, Aroma Borealis, the gift shop inside the Westmark and I also went to the Artists At Work gallery (all were great). I will definitely check out the Whitehorse General Store, the Midnight Sun Gallery and Murdoch's.

I'm also interested in food items that can be brought back (e.g. I've purchased Yukon coffee blends, sauces, jellies, etc.), as well as natural, locally-sourced products (such as those found at Aroma Borealis). If anyone has suggestions for stores specializing in those kinds of items, let me know.

Thanks a bunch!
