We would like to visit Saskatchewan at the end of July. Where can someone go in the North that does not cater to the hunter crowd. Thanks.

All provincial parks and recreation sites in Saskatchewan are free from hunting but for more information check this gov't website: se.gov.sk.ca

I would also recommend Prince Albert National Park. It encompasses part of the boreal forest, is full of wildlife, and was the home of the famous conservationist Grey Owl. Here's a link to the Parks Canada site for more info:
