upper town vs. lower town

We are looking at several hotels and are wondering about location. Where would you rather stay, upper area or the lower area? Pros and cons would be greatly appreaciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hello.

The Hotel Dominion 1912 or Auberge Saint Antoine are two hotels that are in great locations and close enough that you can pretty much walk everywhere and quiet enough at night to get a great night's sleep.

Good luck.
