Bus Pass Price Changes - 1 January 2014

24 hour pass (includes 747) $10 (up from $9)

3 calendar day pass (includes 747) $18 (same)

weekend pass (includes 747) $13 (up from $12) 6PM Friday until 5AM Monday.

Note the 747 will also accept cash, but coins ONLY (no banknotes!)

The following cannot be used on the 747...

Evening pass $5 (up from $4)... from 6PM to 5AM the next morning.

Single fares are still $3 each, $5.50 for two trips.

The 10 trips are $25.50 but requires the Opus card.

Thanks! I was still under the impression that 24 hours / 747 were $ 8 so I missed something in the last year!

Hi there, I've read the one week pass requires an OPUS card purchase, but I've also read that isn't the case. Do you which is true?

An Opus card is needed for all purchases other than....

Disposable pass fares:

24 hour pass

3 calendar day pass

Weekend pass

Evening pass

Return pass (2 tickets, cannot be used at the same time if on a disposable pass)

Ticket fares:

Single ticket

Return ticket (ie 2 tickets)

Group ticket (1 adult and up to 10 children aged 6 to 13 that must travel together at all times)
