Seat Filler Website

Hello,

Last summer I heard of a website for Ontario (Sounthern) that you could join for a fee and then you could check out the website and get free tickets to the theatre etc. The couple that I heard it from were at the Shaw with tickets that they had received through this website. They had also had tickets to Stratford to see The Who's Tommy. It sounds like FILLASEAT that is in the US. Does anyone know of something like this in Ontario.

Thank you,

Jan

Very interested in this if worthwhile. Has anyone actually used this and can give an idea of what exactly has been offered in the recent past??

I have used it a lot this year for events such as little theatre ( Factory Theatre at Adelaide/Bathurst is popular) and smaller classical music concerts. They also offer tickets to dinner theatre (extra charge applies) and sporting events like lacrosse and CFL football. Be aware - if you book your tickets and don't show up for the event, you are charged for it. I think it's $20 per ticket.

Dinner Theatre ... are there any left in GTA ? (Other than Medieval Times that is.) I thought Stage West was last one and now it is gone. Sports not interested in but if it is worthwhile for theatre, may give it a shot. Thanks TypicalMe for the info.

I have been there several times and both the food and show are always good.
