Going in June, it should be really nice, off and on sunny/cloudy and about 20-25 degrees Celsius.

Going in mid February, you've chosen probably the worst time to visit! Think minus 10 celsius, cold and windy.

Good luck!

According to the historical data the average high for February is minus 1 (29F) celsius and the average low is minus 9 (17F) celsius. Average of 95 hours of sun for the month - cloudy mostly. Variable winds average 18 km/hr and light to moderate precipitation. Lousy weather in other words.

June has an average high of 22 celsius (73F) and an average low of 12 (55F) celsius. Average of 248 hours of sun for the month -sunny mostly. Variable winds average 14 km/hr and moderate precipitation. Quite nice.

Averages aside, late June can be quite hot some years - mid eighties F, over 30 C - and with global warming etc....
