4 year old and niagara falls

Would the Niagara Falls area be good for a 4 year old? Is there a lot to do to keep us busy for several days there or surrounding areas. We would be driving from Chicago, and we're trying to decide if the trip would be worth it. We have 10-12 days and are just trying to decide what to do. Thanks

there is so much to do that will be enjoyed by both you & a 4yr old. The Falls, also make a point to see at night, Maid of the Mist, Butterfly Conservatory, Marineland, Walk behind the Falls is good but not sure if it is recommended for young ones. There are many more activities but this will get you started.

Coming from Chicago if enter Ont at Detroit there are interesting places you could stop between Windsor & Niagara. Depends on your interests, do you like hiking, there are trails that would be accessible to all ages

Toronto for one is only 1 1/2 hrs away from Niagara and the list of activities is endless.
